Overall, our experience with a1qa has been superb. From scratch, a1qa have provided us with a strong end-to-end test approach and have successfully implemented it by integrating with our product engineering squads. a1qa have done a great job at being flexible to meet our changing needs be it technical (test automation) or for additional resource, and responded when we required urgent QA input for delivery. Throughout the time of our engagement, a1qa have used their experience to provide ways in which we could improve our QA processes and have been able to monitor these improvements. a1qa have left us in a much stronger position than where we were prior to engagement. - Communication/transparency. This allowed us to prepare when an a1qa resource was moving project, and as a result, we were always able to bring in suitable candidates before experiencing a shortfall. - Organisation. This reduced management overhead and I never had any concerns that we were unprepared. - Dedication/flexibility. Preparing for product launch was challenging. When longer hours were required, a1qa stepped up and provided excellent dedication to help us achieve a successful product launch. There are many further strengths to the a1qa service that have been highlighted in the capability above.

a1qa provides performance testing for an IT solutions company. The vendor has been looking for software and performance issues since the beginning of the partnership. The client's tight timeline lead to constant communication and determination to finish high-quality work on time. a1qa is always available for questions with proactiveness and coordination. The client also praises their highly talented engineers that understood difficult concepts quickly. a1qa was tasked with creating performance tests, creating the physical infrastructure to run the tests, as well as executing the tests. In the first phase, a1qa created test scripts based on the requirements. Then they ran preliminary tests to ensure the load profiles observed were what was expected. After some tweaks to the scripts, they started running the tests as designed. During the tests, if and when a software issue was identified our internal team fixed the issues, after which a1qa continued running the tests. This repetition of testing, identifying and fixing issues, followed by another round of testing continued until the system was able to handle the target load profiles. Once the initial deadline was complete, a1qa delivered the scripts to us, assisted us in creating the hardware infrastructure, with which we could run the tests, and they continue to this date to enhance our scripts as well as provide support when needed.
