What was the objective behind your collaboration? We wanted to enhance the quality of our customer service by reducing response time. That’s why we decided to automate customer support and internal communication processes with an AI-driven solution. We were looking for a reliable company that could provide us with AI development services and build a chatbot with NLP capabilities. With its outstanding experience in this field, Sigli looked like a perfect match. What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration? We were impressed by the team’s ability to understand our business needs. From the initial consultation, they showed high engagement and shared a clear vision of how an AI chatbot could assist us. The team thoroughly understood our operations, enabling them to create an efficient solution for customer queries, payment processing, and order status retrieval. They also developed a performance dashboard. Their project management and communication made working with Sigli a pleasure. See less Are there any areas for improvements? In general, we are quite satisfied with the project’s outcomes. However, the team encountered some unexpected issues during the integration of the developed chatbot with our CRM. Due to this, there was a slight delay in the implementation of the chatbot.
