Beware of terms and conditions, make sure your contract states 100% money back guaranteed. Th SOW I agreed to, did state money back guaranteed (was missing the 100%) and had email confirmation from one of their employees that if they could not deliver, I will get refunded. I did not like their work and when I requested refund, they wanted to keep most of it. I said NO! Do not pay with Zelle, if you try to dispute, it won't be possible, pay with CC or DC. They will keep most of the deposit, in my case, they suggested to give me back ONLY 35% if I change my review and I said NO! Beware! Waste of time! Update 10.10.24: WDG refuses to take accountability for their actions. They continue to claim a design on my site was complete when in fact, all the work was being done on a mock site. Part of process is to get feedback from the client in order for the designer to get an idea of what the client wants. So yes, they copied paste to a mock site what I suggested, however they failed to visualize my idea and despite the many calls and suggestions I made I was not impressed. I was not happy. Their representative assured me in WRITTING that I will be refunded funds if they do not deliver. my SOW also stated money back guaranteed. NONE of the work was made on my site like they claimed. it was only AFTER I decided to decline what they created, (which was very simple and could be done by 5th grader) they decided to tell me I will not get a refund like I promised. 35% was offered ONLY if I changed my review, which I also have in writing. WDG SOW is vague, very misleading, claiming I simply misunderstood. That is breach of contract, nowhere did it state partial refund on SOW I agreed to. Very shameful very misleading. I will keep my comment as is. it was more than just a simple change of preference. Thank you for your response and your so-called good faith. Date of experience: September 14, 2024

WDG has been such a blessing. I called in early November, quite upset over having issues trying to integrate some software, etc. on the new Website. It was a Friday night after hours, and Walter picked up the phone and reassured me that they could help. He took a detailed understanding of the current issues and soon placed me with Dan. Dan has been beyond wonderful! He always tries to go above and beyond and even at times has worked after hours to solve an issue. I now utilize their other services as well, such as marketing and Website optimization. I am so glad I followed that feeling, that these are the people whom I should call. Thank you with every part of me for all of your help!
